Flooring & Tile
Installation

Hardwood, LVP, ceramic, and porcelain tile — expertly installed across kitchens, bathrooms, and every room in between.

What We Offer

Complete Flooring Solutions

Every flooring type, every room — installed with precision and built to last.

Hardwood Flooring

Solid and engineered hardwood installation with correct glue-down or nail-down methods selected for your specific subfloor, plus optional custom staining and finish coats. We acclimate materials properly before installation — a step many installers skip that causes cupping and gapping later.

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

Waterproof, click-lock LVP installed over a properly leveled and prepared subfloor — ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. We use quality underlayment, manage transitions correctly, and ensure the floor floats properly for long-term dimensional stability.

Ceramic & Porcelain Tile

Precision layout planning, professional wet-saw cuts, and expert grout work in the right product for the application. Grout lines stay clean and straight because we plan the layout before the first tile goes down — not after.

Kitchen Tile

Backsplash, floor, and countertop tile installed to handle daily kitchen use and easy cleaning. We waterproof wet areas behind the tile and use the correct thinset and grout for food-prep and high-moisture applications.

Bathroom Tile

Shower walls, floors, and tub surrounds built around a fully waterproofed substrate — not tile set on drywall. We use Schluter membrane systems or equivalent so your grout lines never become leak lines into the wall or subfloor.

Subfloor Preparation

A great tile or hardwood installation starts below the surface. We assess, repair, and level your subfloor to the tolerances required for your chosen material — eliminating hollow spots, squeaks, and lippage before a single tile or board goes down.

Material Selection

We guide you through flooring options suited to your room's moisture levels, traffic pattern, and aesthetic — and source quality materials at competitive pricing.

03

We walk the finished floor with you and confirm every transition, threshold, and grout line meets our quality standard before we close out.

Why Choose FXL

Installed to Last

What sets FXL flooring installations apart from the rest of the market.

01

Precision Cuts

We use professional wet saws and tile cutters for clean edges, perfect patterns, and tight joints on every install.

02

Waterproofing First

Every wet area gets properly waterproofed before tile — so your bathroom tile doesn't become the source of a costly leak.

03

Right Products for the Job

We use correct adhesives, grouts, and sealants for each specific application — not the cheapest option on the shelf.
